Going to start with something very on brand and mature in content - orchids. Sexuality and my own identity is something I struggled with a lot, and art is no cure-all but confronting and acknowledging things head on, even in a kind of joking way, helped. Hence, an exploration -
Guts pin concepts and exploration of stuffed animals for a children's book dummy. Water based oils, sharpie and pen. The oils blended and warped over time but I still adore the guts pin/sticker idea. The book dummy is made but I haven't yet posted the illustrations from it!
Last one for the night - pre-everything is snakes concepts, a few RIP cake feelers, and personal tattoo explorations. Sharpie, ballpoint, and a little colored pencil.
