Same process as my last piece, #stablediffusion (yiffy-e18) > PixelOver > hand pixeling, but this time each step took me significantly longer. Still a time savings imo, just less so. This image required a lot more creative input and revising than the previous one.
Next, I took the image, scaled it down, and converted it into pixel art using PixelOver ()-I'm very new to this software, but it was simple enough to achieve this result anyhow. About 5 hours of hand-pixeling later, and we've got ourselves a brand new pixel art waifu.
I used a diffusion model (yiffy-e18) to generate this image, which served as a foundation. I tried a few different models, the furry one worked best for the type of art I was hoping to make. It took me several hours of prompt-tweaking to generate the version I ultimately chose.
