Study work is so helpful. It always opens my mind up a little more and gives me new tools to use in my inventive work. These studies were partly exercises in caricature, figuring out how to amplify and regroup elements in the reference.

Here are some collaborations I did for The Sea Beast. The characters were designed by Tristan Poulain and . Then I designed the costumes, hair, makeup and palettes on top. Don't think I've ever collaborated on a character like that before :)
