finally reading my roommate's volumes of vinland saga before the anime premieres and I'm so into these thick white brushstrokes that are used to depict snow being blown by the wind

been thinking about this panel from our dreams at dusk / shimanami tasogare where a character's exit is shown through the ice in a glass sitting on the table to convey the feeling of sensing that someone is putting up a barrier and locking you out
Since the book is being released tomorrow, I wanted to share the original comic that The Sprite and the Gardener is loosely based on. I drew this back in 2017 as a one-off idea, and I really had no idea it was going to lead to anything!
