Zeri changes: * Base health regen increased from 3.25 to 4.5 * Health regen growth increased from .55 to 0.7 * W base damage increased from 10 - 150 to 20 - 160 * W ratios reduced from 150% AD and 70% AP to 130% AD and 60% AP

Soraka changes: * R base heal increased from 125 - 275 to 150 - 350 * R no longer cleanses Grievous Wounds before healing
