The late and great Tony DeZuniga told me that drawing a sketch starts in your shoulder, not your wrist, and my sketches immediately got more lively (to be clear, these are his, not mine)


Playing around with an inking/coloring/lettering style that's quicker and sloppier than my usual stuff, with the goal being to make the production of short comics outside of LAVENDER JACK a little more feasible




I'd like to try doing a quick redraw of a comic page sometime this week. If there's a page you'd like to see me cover (so to speak), reply with it below -- could be anything from talking heads to splash pages, recent to classic. I love 'em all 🔲
