5) I trace photo references all the time, to make sure anatomy, perspective or lighting is right. For Milagro I used @magicposerapp to help me out with the complicated fight scenes, posing the models based on photo/video references included in the script by the writer. 4

3) Art classes? None after high school. Unfortunately I didn't learn much from classes I took. It wasn't until after college (I have a BA in Film) that I got serious about dedicating myself to learning how to draw comics. Here's a comic for a 10th grade class. 2
