71) Savage Dragon by @ErikJLarsen I missed out on 90's Image comics when I was a kid and have only read Archive Vol 1 so far, but I was blown away. It's a perfect example of the excessively "extreme" style of the era while still feeling relevant and cutting edge today. 4

69) Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind by Hayao Miyazaki Recently read for the first time, it absolutely deserves praise as a masterpiece. A deep well of inspiration for many of my favorite artists, it's DNA permeates all sci-fi/fantasy that followed. I love bugs & slime molds! 4
