Another manga which has paneling I enjoy is The Engagement of Marielle Clarac! It takes real skill to have this amount of panels in one page without making it feel busy. This is a technique I really hope to master myself one day! 

And even then I usually change things several times before deciding on something. But as far as specific mangaka go, I really love Yamamori Mika's paneling. She has this way of communicating emotion so well through the way she crafts her pages, and I really admire it.
