I was overwhelmed by the support I got on my still embryonic feature project! I got DM'd by a bunch of cool artists & was even contacted by a couple of studios interested in hearing more! So thanks to all! Here's a quick concept for some foes from the Music Store in the Mall.
This is a sample of what a day's work os when you're doing vis-dev on a project (this one for an adult show I co-created with 🤫 for 🤫) It's a lot of trial and error, but fun as hell trial and error. (And if you're looking for designs for YOUR vis-dev, I'm looking for gigs!)
Six years ago we were deep into the first season of Oswaldo, for CN Brasil. It was a fascinating experience: no "adult supervision", trying to figure out on our own how to make a animated show. It was the first time I had to do a style guide too, and I think it turned out ok!

Hello bandwagon! My name's Pedro, and I'm an anxious Brazilian who draws characters hoping they'll become animated shows. I'll also find any excuse to not color my drawings. #artvsartist #artvsartist2019

We were a small ragtag team over at @birdostudio in Brazil. It took us WAY too long to make the 13 first episodes, but we learned so much in the process and something unique came out as a result. It fills me with joy to see Oswaldo in over a dozen different countries these days.
