(2/4) forgot to add, artists don't often have time to do a deep analysis of their work flow. It's easier to just list their tools than to give a full review or description of what they do, so it's up to you to ask that!

@GemmaAllenArt OH! that's cause it's not a brush! this is all hand drawn in pencil :D I've tried making a few textured brushes in PS and SAI but haven't been able to get something that looks like actual pencil, find it easier to draw on paper too

These are just basic introductions to different materials...there's so much to each of these they really need their own guide OTL
...please research things. I've had issues with every material I've worked with, but sometimes the solution is as simple as me stuffing up or a miscommunication.
