Señor Martinez absolutely is the best horse (though I love all those goofy looking Disney horses like Cyril Proudbottom and Widowmaker) https://t.co/Z22TKKmdsU
Nice surprise in the mail, book + DVD about the Dutch Toonder Studios full of animated commercials and shorts from 1941-1992, most of which I've never seen. MTVC membership is 20 per year and outside of the magazine you get stuff like this for free, I don't know how they do it!
My Instagram top 9 is nothing but happy cartoon characters floating on white backgrounds, big surprise
@3cmit Dang this duck drawing I made in 2006 where I was proud of the joke has the exact same gag (I never saw this Barks page until now... or maybe I did and it was my subconscious!) I've been trying to come up with unused Disney cover gags for years now but it seems impossible, haha
@MarsGremmen Uiteraard. Heb zo geen eigen schetsen maar ik heb wel deze van Wil die ik uit de prullenbak geplukt heb. (Voor een Woezel en Pip ABC spel)
My #toonjune stuff from 5 (?!!!) years ago, a century of comic and cartoon characters!
Here's my #artvsartist! (#artistvsart?) I love to draw CRITTERS.
Finally, a new ref sheet for Kiki for the fist time in a decade! Big thanks to everyone who has drawn her in the past 18 years ♥️
That's quite enough inking for today
Some of this morning's warm up sketches.
I don't currently have an official portfolio but here are some pictures anyway! I love love love to draw animals and cartoons and I'm so happy to make comics, kids books and concept art for a living. I occasionally like to make puppets, costumes and fan art too! #PortfolioDay
It's exactly 77 years ago today that José Carioca's animation debut 'Saludos Amigos' came out, I just had to make a sketch! (I hope I spelled the Portuguese correctly!)
People keep sharing those relatable mirrored drawing pictures like it's a 'digital artist only' thing, but I learned it from this Disney comic book in 1996 (and I keep a pocket mirror in my pencil case)
