There were a couple of instances where the kids took their mother's last name from HQ 1. Oikawa Takeru (Tooru's nephew / Tooru has an older sister) 2. Ushijima Wakatoshi (mother's last name) This is my personal HC but I like to think that Korai also took his mother's last name

The gayest characters are arguably yachi and akaashi in my opinion. Like I guess for the rest of the characters u can just interpret it as close best friends kind of thing, but I CAN'T defend these two
