Just adding wings to something doesn't make it a dragon. Plenty of dragons don't even have wings. If you put wings on a wolf that's just a winged wolf. Now if you give it a real SNAKE BODY and NECK, THEN it can apply for dragon eligibility. https://t.co/rf33IThipw
