tbh my favorite part of dungeon meshi is that this panel, izutsumi is clearly referencing this crying cat meme, which came from a picture of my cat inkky. :) inkky passed away in 2020 but tbh i feel a special attachment to izutsumi because of this one panel, like...thats my girl

-downturned eyes, upper lids are usually low -eyebrows are straight and sit close to eyes -hair is short but forehead isn't big, hair is fluffy not messy -jaw is square but chin and cheekbones are soft -nose has a slight curve but is pretty straight -lips arent usually noted

i love when kui draws laios completely neutral and he has this air of quiet misery and apathy to him. i haven't noticed that in the anime yet. he exudes this aura of boredom and resentment sometimes, the way she draws him.
