NEW FOOD ILLUSTKobuta to Ookami's Iberico Katsu Nabe. Definitely on the pricy side, but I think once in a while, you can treat yourself to some quality katsu. The Iberico katsu was both crispy and drenched with the savory sauce. A delightful pot of goodness
