NEW FOOD ILLUSTTendon Hannosuke in the S Centinelia LA Mitsuwa food court. The tempura were all soaked in the sauce but still maintained to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I love Mitsuwa food court. We need one here in Seattle.
