I didn't expect this to resonate with so many people, thank you! I painted this a month or so ago when I was having a bad day with art and struggling to draw. So I did some photo studies to remember what a bird looks like and then sat down to paint this to loosen myself up. 2

These ones have been sitting in my queue to share for months but I always pass over them for paintings I like more. I don't think we need to share all of our awkward art and I draw so much more than I post, but I think it can be nice to see these more clunky steps sometimes. :) 3
