Remember during the match against Nohebi, when Yaku was injured and he was called in as a substitute, Kenma suggests that Shibayama only rotates with Lev. Some may see it as Kenma not acknowledging his capababilities as he is far less skilled as a libero. 2

Not much was also shown between Kenma and Shibayama. No surprise there since Shibayama is a minor character. He is shy and gentle yet determined. It was clearly shown that he respects Yaku as a libero and as a senior. And I think that also goes with his other seniors like Kenma. 2

As for Kenma and Inuoka, not much was really shown but I presume Kenma also gives him the same approach he gives Lev but less harsher. One time where they were strategizing for their match vs Karasuno, Kenma called them "musclehead squallings" for not thinking before speaking. 1

At first, it seems as though Kenma dislikes Lev, but this feeling eventually disappears as the two are able to attack properly later in the series. Though, Kenma still roast him him from time to time. 2

Personally, I think Kenma has a soft side for Fukunaga. It probably started when Fukunaga stopped a fight between Kenma and Yamamoto by throwing a bucket of water over them to prevent the situation from escalating. Fukunaga is fond of comedy and often spouts funny rhyming terms. 3

With Kai, since he have this calm, collected personality, his approach towards Kenma is relaxed as he is a very peaceful person and bc of that Kenma reciprocates Kai's actions by being polite. Just like whenever Kenma thinks his tosses weren't good, he'll apologize to Kai. 4
