I'm always wary of people who are there for me in a crisis, but refuse to celebrate my successes. Isolated incidents are mostly harmless; people have their own lives going on after all. But if it's a pattern, it's a good idea to look a little closer. 1

I'll start making loose marks on the page. I try and focus on technical things like line of action, silhouette, perspective (if applicable), body language/gesture and shape language to keep me on track. I do this all with a big brush and it's Super Messy 2

I didn't think PTSD would be like this lmao. I think not wanting to deal with stuff as it was happening has made the fear come out in other ways. I have so many unexpected new phobias and the fears I already had have been amplified. Living in unrelenting fear is cool and fun!! /s 1
