Jane Fonda in the film was mainly wide-eyed and kind of dumb I think. The comic Barbarella in contrast is cool as fuck. Also, the strip is insanely imaginative: it's a constant free-flowing stream of unusual sci-fantasies. Well, it's never boring... 4
