I've done work for Disney TVA, DreamworksTV, Cartoon Networks, BentoBox, Titmouse, and Netflix, as well as Chronicle Books and Phoenix International. A lot of my work is currently under NDA, but here are some more examples I can show publicly!
Gonna start posting my #arlothealligatorboy character development work! Starting with Edmee because she was the toughest to nail down. I absolutely adored her design in the end, and working on such a complex, but sweet character was just a joy. Annie Potts was just brilliant.
Loved the idea of her having some sort of swamp-animal features, like a little turtle beak.
Some more #arlothealligatorboy character dev! Here's Ansel, Arlo's dad (voiced by @VRodriguezIII). I wanted him to have a very "Uncle Walt" kind of feel to him- someone Arlo felt he could trust immediately, which made the reality after "Better Life" hit that much harder.
Lots of bird references, too, of course. His Met Gala outfit is a favorite of mine.
Important words to live by. ❤️⚔️
My boyfriend was potting houseplants outside on our patio today and that makes me stupid happy.
Some cute barista and cafe customer character development for a commission I'm working on!
Some of my favorite development time on Arlo the Alligator Boy was spent creating style guides. It really helped the animators, and also allowed me to check my own work to make sure the characters were constructed in a way that makes sense! Waiter by @ChuChuBoogie
Some of my Bertie development and design from Arlo the Alligator Boy, voiced by the brilliant @marylambertsing! She's probably my favorite character I've ever designed!
